Here their\u00a0top pieces of advice.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Take each piece of creative presented to you as a gift. Someone put time and care to craft it. See the strengths and build on them.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Focus on one step at a time and you can do anything.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Set yourself certain deadlines while working. Get the rough\u00a0structure of the creative\u00a0together first and then start refining. This way your work can be reviewed at any point\u00a0during the design process.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The power of positive feedback.
